I was looking for some simple recipes to bake when I bumped into a honey cornflakes recipe. It was pretty simple and fast to make. I thought of giving it a try while rap was asleep. He could (hopefully) have it for tea time. The recipe needs melted butter in a pan, then add some honey. Once it bubbles up, dump in the whole grain cornflakes and toss them around to coat the cornflakes with the melted butter and honey.

Another time, I tried to make some doughnuts. Mini doughnuts covered with chocolate. My hand ached from making the dough but it was all worth it when rap was so happy when he saw them. After eating them, he said to me, it tastes "OKAY". That's the approval to the mini doughnuts I made :) As long as you enjoy them rap. Lately, I am pretty tied up with my research and don't have the flexibility to bake something new for rap. Hopefully, can allocate some time.
